Known for his calm, relational leadership style, he builds strong rapport with employees and motivates teams through trust, clarity and encouragement, while ensuring governance and financial integrity. Laurica Kok
Managing Director - Education DivisionLaurica is an experienced and enthusiastic professional, entrepreneur and people leader by heart.
Her experience spans over 15 years within the software and sales environments ensure that she has a good overview of all facets of business.
Her passion for education and empowerment of youth urged her to pursue a career within the Education remit.
Her drive to bring education to all, especially with the broader Africa in mind, motivates her strategic implementation plans and goals for International Hotel School.
She is a devoted mother, mentor and an advocate of elevating for the future. Laurica strongly believes that education is power!
She is also the proud owner of a pop-up shop and is highly skilled in sales, operations, people management, business development, partnership management, change management and leadership.
