Sustainability Masterclasses
Under our “Learn, Lead and Succeed” Campaign, each campus conducts one impactful masterclass annually accessible to all students and staff.
This masterclass is hosted as a Teams call to allow all campuses to participate and ensure inclusivity for remote attendees. This session features expert speakers, including internal staff or external professionals, presenting. The session is recorded for those unable to attend live and make it available on the campus intranet.
Staff Training
Staff are provided with a curated list of high-quality free online courses to enhance both their professional skills and personal growth. These courses should focus on leadership, communication, problem-solving and emotional intelligence. Courses are reviewed and updated quarterly to ensure relevance.
Staff are empowered to pursue self-driven growth in areas that support their roles and overall well-being.
